电力市场化的改革能够有效地优化资源配置、提高运行效率,但同时也使得电力企业竞争日益加剧,因此电力企业应采取措施增强其竞争力。合理地评价和选择物资采购供应商成为电力工程EPC总承包商降低成本和风险、提高质量、强化竞争优势的重要保障。文章建立了基于供应链的电力工程EPC总承包物资采购供应商评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和熵权法确定各指标的权重,并采用TOPSIS法对供应商进行了综合评价。最后通过一个算例对供应商进行了客观、合理的评选。
Market-oriented electricity reform can effectively optimize the allocation of resources and improve operational efficiency, but also make the competition between power companies more and more intensified. Therefore, power enterprises should take measures to enhance their competitiveness. Reasonably evaluate and choose materials procurement suppliers to become EPC EPC contractors to reduce costs and risks, improve quality and strengthen the competitive edge of the important guarantee. In this paper, an evaluation index system of general contracting materials procurement for EPC is established based on supply chain. The analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are combined to determine the weight of each index, and the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the suppliers. Finally, through a case study of suppliers, objective and reasonable selection.
