以河北省某县供电局GIS系统为背景,以在互联网上远程调用地理信息为目的,提出了基于可缩放矢量图形(SVG)技术的电力系统WebGIS方案。该方案采用SVG技术来表示电子地图数据,并在客户端的浏览器上安装支持SVG格式的浏览器插件,通过这样的插件,使得服务器端的矢量图形数据无需转换,就能直接通过Web浏览器实现图形浏览、查询等操作功能,大大减少了网络的数据传输量,较好地解决了网络上图形数据信息的传输“瓶颈”。系统将SVG格式的空间数据和属性数据分别存储于WebGIS服务器和Oracle9i数据库中,使用JSP和JavaScript技术对空间数据和属性数据进行操作,并将查询结果传送到客户端浏览器显示。该系统对电力系统空间数据在格式上进行了统一,能在Web浏览器上实现对存储于数据库的属性数据进行查询和显示,可以满足电力系统WebGIS实际应用的需要。
Taking the GIS system of a County Power Supply Bureau in Hebei Province as a background, this paper proposes a power system WebGIS scheme based on scalable vector graphics (SVG) technology for the purpose of remotely invoking the geographic information on the Internet. The program uses SVG technology to represent the electronic map data and installs the SVG browser plug-in that supports SVG format on the client’s browser. Through this plug-in, the server-side vector graphics data can be directly converted into a web browser without conversion Browsing, inquiries and other operating functions, greatly reducing the amount of data transmission network, a better solution to the network graphics data transmission “bottleneck.” The system stores spatial data and attribute data in SVG format respectively in WebGIS server and Oracle9i database, and uses the JSP and JavaScript technologies to manipulate the spatial data and attribute data, and transmits the query result to the client browser for display. The system unified the format of power system spatial data and can query and display the attribute data stored in the database on the Web browser to meet the practical application of power system WebGIS.
