介绍了上软下硬复合地层条件下,盾构刀盘发生较大的轴向变形,引起刀盘失效。对刀盘中心区域滚刀卡死的情况下,进行强度和刚度的有限元分析,同时考虑不同的载荷比例系数。最后,通过受力分析结果,给出了刀盘最大等效应力与载荷系数关系曲线。从该曲线上可以直观地看到异常工况下刀盘载荷和应力的关系,分析结果表明在何种状况下刀盘会发生失效。
Introduced under the soft hard composite strata under the conditions of the shield cutter disk larger axial deformation, causing cutter failure. Finite element analysis of the strength and stiffness of the cutter in the central area of the hob stuck, taking into account the different load ratio coefficient. Finally, the relationship between the maximum equivalent stress of cutterhead and the load factor is given through the result of stress analysis. From this curve, we can visually see the relationship between cutter load and stress under abnormal working conditions. The analysis results show that the cutter head will fail under any conditions.
