以两种不同剂量的He Ne激光照射两组雄性小鼠左侧睾丸。电镜观察以微铺展技术制备的精母细胞联会复合体。结果表明 ,两个试验组小鼠被照射的左侧睾丸精母细胞联会复合体畸变率未见明显升高。联会复合体的畸变类型 ,包括断裂、单侧侧生组份 (LE)断裂、不联会、联会紊乱及圆环等 ,照射后与对照组也无明显差异。试验所用He Ne激光剂量比临床治疗常用剂量大得多。表明He Ne激光照射睾丸治疗疾病不致引起联会复合体畸变。
Two groups of male mice left testis were irradiated with two different doses of He Ne laser. Electron microscopy to sperm spreading technology to prepare the spermatocyte association complex. The results showed that the two experimental mice were irradiated left testicular spermatocyte complex association no significant increase in the rate of distortion. The type of aberration of the complex, including rupture, unilateral lateral component (LE) rupture, non-union, association disorder and ring, after irradiation and the control group no significant difference. He Ne laser used in the test dose is much larger than the dose commonly used in clinical practice. He Ne laser irradiation testes treatment of disease does not cause concomitant aberrations.
