对施含氯化肥10年的长期定位试验田中的1992~1993年不同处理的土壤微生物区系和固氮细菌生理群数量进行测定。结果表明,高氯处理对微生物总数、细菌数有明显的抑制作用,活菌数减少3.0~54.1%;对放线菌也有明显的抑制作用;对真菌却有一定的刺激作用。高氯处理还对固氮细菌群和氨化细菌群有明显的抑制作用,活菌数明显减少。其中固氮菌减少3.2~47.3%,氨化细菌减少6.2~79.8%。硝化细菌群的测定结果不规律。
The number of soil microbial flora and the number of nitrogen-fixing bacterial populations in different treatments from 1992 to 1993 in the long-term experimental plots containing chlorinated fertilizers for 10 years were determined. The results showed that the treatment with high chlorine had a significant inhibitory effect on the total number of microbes and the number of bacteria, and the number of viable cells decreased by 3.0-5. 4.1%. It also had a significant inhibitory effect on actinomycetes and a certain stimulating effect on the fungi. High-chlorine treatment also significantly inhibited the nitrogen-fixing bacteria group and ammoniated bacteria group, and the number of viable cells decreased significantly. Among them, Azotobacter decreased by 3.2 ~ 47.3% and ammonificated bacteria decreased by 6.2 ~ 79.8%. The results of nitrifying bacteria were irregular.
