本研究采用自行设计的试验装置和试验方法,定量地评定了七种低台金超高强度钢的焊接冷裂倾向。提出焊接冷裂纹的形成及其延迟断裂为氢致断裂,通过改进焊接工艺(如预热和后热)可提高焊接接头质量。
In this study, self-designed test equipment and test methods were used to quantitatively evaluate the tendency of welding cold cracking of seven kinds of ultra-high-strength low-alloyed steels. It is proposed that the formation of cold crack and its delayed fracture are hydrogen induced fracture. The quality of welded joint can be improved by improving the welding process (such as preheating and post-heating).
