尽管企业网络模式近年来得到了快速发展,但实践中各种企业网络模式适应环境变化的差异性让企业难以驾驭,国内外尚未发现有关企业网络适应性的深入研究。本文基于将企业网络视为复杂适应系统的视角出发,借鉴Kauffman的NK模型思想,构建模型对企业网络的适应性进行模拟分析。研究结果发现,随着规模的增大企业网络的适应性降低,随着企业种类间相互关注程度的增加企业网络的适应性增加,适度集权且权力控制中心相对分散的网络结构有助于提高企业网络的适应性。本文的研究为企业网络构建、网络中企业的组织管理提供了理论依据。
Although the enterprise network model has been rapidly developed in recent years, the diversity of enterprise network models in practice that adapts to changes in the environment makes it difficult for enterprises to control it. No in-depth study on enterprise network adaptability has been found at home and abroad. Based on the view of enterprise network as a complex adaptive system, this paper draws on Kauffman’s NK model and builds a model to simulate the adaptability of enterprise networks. The result shows that with the increase of scale, the adaptability of enterprise network decreases. With the increase of mutual attention among enterprises, the adaptability of enterprise network increases. The network structure with moderate centralization of power and decentralized power control center helps to improve the enterprise Network adaptability. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction of enterprise networks and the organization and management of enterprises in the network.
