目的:探讨C-erbB-2及HPV16基因在喉乳头状瘤(LP)发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法分别检测42例初发LP(初发LP组)、24例复发LP(复发LP组)及13例慢性扁桃体炎(慢性扁桃体炎组)组织中C-erbB-2基因及HPV16的表达。结果:①慢性扁桃体组、初发LP组、复发LP组组织中HPV16基因阳性率分别为7.7%、33.3%、58.3%,C-erbB-2基因阳性率分别为7.7%、57.1%、83.3%;各组间两指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。②LP组织中C-erbB-2与HPV16基因表达呈正相关。结论:HPV16基因与LP的发生、发展密切相关,它可能通过活化C-erbB-2基因而起到致瘤作用。 Objective: To investigate the roles of C-erbB-2 and HPV16 in the development and progression of laryngeal papilloma (LP). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 in 42 cases of primary LP, 24 cases of recurrent LP, 13 cases of chronic tonsillitis, Gene and HPV16 expression. Results: The positive rates of HPV16 gene in chronic tonsil group, primary LP group and recurrent LP group were 7.7%, 33.3% and 58.3%, respectively. The positive rates of C-erbB-2 gene were 7.7%, 57.1% and 83.3% There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). ②LP tissue C-erbB-2 and HPV16 gene expression was positively correlated. Conclusion: The HPV16 gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of LP, which may play a tumorigenic role through activation of C-erbB-2 gene.
