Hypoglycemia that occurs after 2 to 5 hours of meal is called postprandial hypoglycemia. Visible in patients with gastric surgery or can not tolerate glucose, the third type of reactive hypoglycemia, which is more common but not clear. The symptoms of this disease are nonspecific. The presence of symptoms often correlates with the blood glucose level measured after oral glucose administration. Few blood glucose levels are detected at the time of onset. The effect of high protein and low carbohydrate diet is unreliable as a diagnostic clues, so diagnosis is difficult. In this study, the authors measured the postprandial hypoglycemia in 28 patients with postprandial and oral glucose determination of capillary blood glucose concentration, designed to solve the exact number of patients at the onset of hypoglycemia really exist to verify the onset of blood glucose and The relationship between oral glucose tolerance and to explore some of the symptoms more likely than some other symptoms.
