WHO提出的儿童急性呼吸道感染(ARI)标准病例管理有科学性、适用性。自1998年元月开始,我们选择海原县12个乡作为ARI监测乡。通过1年的监测,婴儿肺炎死亡专率由1994年的1284.25/10万降至1998年的1092.54/10万,下降了14.93%;肺炎在婴儿死亡构成中由50.00%(居死因构成第1位)降至22.67%(居死因构成第2位)。表明ARI监测对降低贫困山区婴儿肺炎死亡率有推广应用价值。
The WHO standard case management of childhood acute respiratory infections (ARI) is scientific and applicable. Since January 1998, we have selected 12 townships in Haiyuan County as the ARI monitoring townships. After a one-year monitoring, the infant pneumonia mortality rate dropped from 1284.5 / 100,000 in 1994 to 1092.54 / 10 million in 1998, a decrease of 14.93%. The proportion of pneumonia among infant deaths decreased from 50.00% (the cause of death was No. 1 ) To 22.67% (ranking No. 2 in the cause of death). It shows that ARI monitoring has the value of popularizing and reducing the pneumonia mortality among the poor mountainous areas.
