目的:探讨周围神经传导速度测定在老年糖尿病诊断中的作用。方法对我科2012年1月~2013年6月87例以周围神经病变为首发症状的老年人进行周围神经MCV、CMAP、SNAP、SNCV测定,并对MCV、CMAP、SNAP、SNCV异常者进一步行血糖测定。结果87例老年患者中神经电生理检查 MCV、CMAP、SNAP、SNCV异常率为100%,其中SNCV异常86%,SNAP下降97%,其中以正中神经最为明显。空腹血糖异常24例,餐后2 h血糖异常31例,31例患者确诊为糖尿病,占检查者35.6%。结论神经电生理检查对于无明显糖尿病症状的老年腕管综合征患者阳性率高,可作为老年隐匿性糖尿病诊断的首选检查方法之一。“,”Objective to investigate the peripheral nerve conduction velocity measurement in the diagnosis of senile diabetes. Conclusion nerve electrophysiological examination for no obvious symptoms of diabetes in elderly patients with carpal tunnel syndrome positive rate is high, can be used as old occult one of the first choice for the diagnosis of diabetes.
