目的:建立一种稳定的、可操作性强的病证结合家兔心脏骤停模型,以满足研究药物对心肺复苏评价的需求。方法:采用体外电击法诱发室颤动物模型,同时设立假手术组,从病因、症状、客观指标、药物反证等方面对心脏骤停家兔模型进行综合判断,验证该模型的中医证候属性。结果:病证结合组动物造模后肛温、血流动力学指标、心电图变化与同期假手术组相比,无论组间比较或组内比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组动物心、左心室、肝重量变化,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两种药物联合应用可明显改善病证结合组家兔的主观症状和客观指标。结论:体外电击法制作的心脏骤停模型的中医证候属性是心阳暴脱证。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a stable and operable syndrome combining cardiopulmonary arrest model in rabbits in order to meet the research needs of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: The animal model of ventricular fibrillation was induced by electric shock in vitro. At the same time, a sham-operation group was set up to make a comprehensive judgment of the rabbit model of cardiac arrest from the aspects of etiology, symptoms, objective indicators and anti-evidence. Results: The rectal temperature, hemodynamics and electrocardiogram changes of the animals in the combination of disease and syndrome groups were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group (P <0.01). Two groups of animal heart, left ventricular, liver weight changes, the difference was also statistically significant (P <0.01). The combination of two drugs can significantly improve the subjective symptoms and objective indexes of rabbits in combination with disease and syndromes. CONCLUSION: The TCM syndrome property of cardiac arrest model produced by in vitro electroshock method is a syndrome of heart-Yang syndrome.
