随着我国社会主义建设事业的不断发展,对人事管理工作提出了更高的标准和要求,在新的形势下,人事档案工作面临着严峻的挑战。如何使事业单位的人事档案工作紧跟事业单位发展步伐,为事业单位领导层决策提供选拔人才和录用人才的最佳信息,是档案工作人员义不容辞的责任。本文主要对当前事业单位人事档案的管理现状进行了分析,在总结当前人事档案管理不足的基础上提出档案管理的改进策略。
With the continuous development of the socialist construction in our country, we have set higher standards and requirements for personnel management. Under the new situation, the personnel archives work faces severe challenges. How to make the file of personnel in public institutions closely follow the development of public institutions and provide the best information for selecting and recruiting talents for the leadership decision-making of public institutions is the bounden duty of archivists. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of personnel file management in public institutions, and puts forward the improvement strategy of file management on the basis of summarizing the current personnel file management.
