面对激烈的市场竞争,对一个企业或者商店经营者来说,如何导入新的经营观念及掌握新的经营技术将是摆在企业管理者面前的一个重要课题。尤其今后企业的经营更要面临着量、质并重的发展趋势。为此,在90年代初,国外流通业就提出了所谓3C时代的概念。所谓3C:Cham Store(即在量的扩大方面发展连锁店);Consuetant(即结合专业顾问、专门技术推动质、量均衡发展)。上述3C在进入90年代之后,国际上已广为企业经营者所采用。
