用免疫细胞化学结合图象分析研究了E8~P30 0大鼠脑NOV蛋白免疫反应阳性神经元的分布和发育规律 .结果显示 ,出生前大鼠脑未检测到NOV蛋白免疫反应阳性神经元 .出生后早期较少 ,而后逐渐增加 .出生后 1~ 2月间出现发育高峰 ,阳性神经元数量最多 ,分布范围广泛 ,阳性信号强 .随年龄的增长 ,阳性神经元数量逐渐减少 ,分布范围逐渐减小 .阳性神经元主要分布于大脑扣带皮质、纹状皮质、海马、下丘脑、小脑和脑干 .结果提示 ,nov基因可能在脑神经元发育、分化及正常生理功能中起重要作用 .
Immunocytochemistry combined with image analysis was used to study the distribution and development of NOV protein immunoreactive neurons in E8-P30 0 rat brain. The results showed that NOV protein immunoreactive neurons were not detected in prenatal rat brain. After the early period is less, then gradually increased. Development peaks occur from January to February after birth, with the largest number of positive neurons, a wide range of distribution, and strong positive signals. As the age increases, the number of positive neurons gradually decreases, and the distribution range gradually decreases. Small positive neurons mainly distributed in the cingulate cortex, striated cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, and brainstem. The results suggest that the nov gene may play an important role in the development, differentiation, and normal physiological functions of brain neurons.
