目的 研究分析新疆汉族、维吾尔族白内障患者眼生物学参数的差异.方法 收集2016年8月至2017年10月来我院就诊的来自新疆各个地区的汉族、维吾尔族白内障患者, 其中汉族白内障患者158例 (212只眼), 维吾尔族白内障患者164例 (220只眼), 用专业仪器检测眼轴、前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔深度、角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞密度、水平角膜曲率、垂直角膜曲率等, 比较汉族、维吾尔族白内障患者眼生物学参数特征.结果汉族和维吾尔族白内障患者无论男性还是女性晶状体厚度、角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞密度在两组间未见统计学差异, 而眼轴长度 (男t=2. 47, P=0. 01;女t=3. 58, P≤0. 01) 、前房深度 (男t=2. 17, P <0. 05;女t=2. 24, P<0. 05) 、玻璃体腔深度 (男t=2. 14, P <0. 05;女t=2. 77, P <0. 01) 、水平角膜曲率 (男t=4. 87, P≤0. 01;女t=3. 49, P <0. 01) 和垂直角膜曲率 (男t=2. 35, P <0. 05;女t=2. 80, P <0. 01) 在两组间均有统计学差异;汉族和维吾尔族白内障患者不同年龄组间除角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞密度无统计学差异以外, 眼轴长度 (汉t=13. 65, P≤0. 01;维t=14. 83, P≤0. 01) 、前房深度 (汉t=2. 70; P <0. 01, 维t=3. 16; P <0. 01) 、晶状体厚度 (汉t=3. 47; P≤0. 01, 维t=3. 57; P≤0. 01) 、玻璃体腔深度 (汉t=15. 99; P≤0. 01, 维t=15. 98; P≤0. 01) 、水平角膜曲率 (汉t=9. 00; P≤0. 01, 维t=9. 67; P≤0. 01) 、垂直角膜曲率 (汉t=7. 98, P≤0. 01;维t=8. 81, P≤0. 01) 两组间均有统计学差异.结论 本研究得出汉族、维吾尔族白内障人群眼生物学参数的参考值范围, 两个民族不同性别、不同年龄组眼生物学参数比较均存在区别.“,”Objective To analyze the differences in ocular biological parameters between Xinjiang Han and Uygur cataract patients. Methods Han and Uygur cataract patients from various regions of Xinjiang from August 2016 to October2017 were collected, including 158 Han cataract patients (212 eyes) and 164 Uygur cataract patients (220 eyes) . Professional instruments to detect the axial axis, anterior chamber depth, crystal thickness, vitreous cavity depth, corneal thickness, corneal endothelial cell density, horizontal corneal curvature, vertical corneal curvature, etc., to compare the characteristics of eye biological parameters of Han and Uygur cataract patients. Results There were no statistic difference in the crystal thickness, corneal thickness, corneal endothelial cell density between the two groups, but there were significant difference in the axial length (male: t = 2. 47, P = 0. 01; female: t = 3. 58, P ≤0. 01), anterior chamber depth (male: t =2. 17, P < 0. 05; female: t = 2. 24, P < 0. 05), vitreous chamber depth (male: t = 2. 14, P < 0. 05; female: t = 2. 77, P< 0. 01), horizontal corneal curvature (male: t = 4. 87, P ≤0. 01; female: t = 3. 49, P ≤0. 01), vertical corneal curvature (male: t = 2. 35, P < 0. 05; female: t = 2. 80, P = 0. 01) between the two groups whether male or female. There were no statistic difference in the corneal thickness, corneal endothelial cell density but significant difference in the axial length (Han: t = 13. 65, P ≤0. 01; Uygur: t = 14. 83, P ≤0. 01), anterior chamber depth (Han: t = 2. 70; P < 0. 01, Uygur:t = 3. 16; P < 0. 01), crystal thickness (Han: t = 3. 47; P ≤0. 01, Uygur: t = 3. 57; P ≤0. 01), vitreous chamber depth (Han: t = 15. 99; P ≤0. 01, Uygur: t = 15. 98; P ≤0. 01), horizontal corneal curvature (Han: t = 9. 00; P ≤0. 01, Uygur: t = 9. 67; P ≤0. 01), vertical corneal curvature (Han: t = 7. 98, P ≤0. 01; Uygur: t = 8. 81, P ≤0. 01) between the two groups whether older or younger. Conclusions This study has obtained the reference range of eye biological parameters of Han and Uygur cataract patients. There are differences in the biological parameters of the eyes of the two ethnic groups with different genders and age groups.
