目的:优选淫羊藿的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,以朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷Ⅰ的提取率为指标,采用HPLC和综合加权评分法(以层次分析法确定权重系数分别为:0.08,0.08,0.08,0.68,0.08)考察提取方法、提取时间、固液比及乙醇体积分数等因素的影响,确定淫羊藿的最佳提取工艺。结果:影响提取效率的主次因素为体积分数>固液比>提取时间。淫羊藿的最佳提取工艺为20倍75%的乙醇,回流提取40min,验证试验朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷Ⅰ平均提取率分别为87.1%、85.3%、92.6%、85.3%、91.2%。含量及提取率均较高,综合得分分别为86.4,86.7,86.4,与预测结果86.6接近。结论:优选的提取工艺提取效率高,且稳定可行,可应用于淫羊藿药材、饮片及制剂的生产。
