传统临空经济理论重视机场和临空概念,忽略了对基本经济规律的思考,不能解释一些典型案例的成败。临空经济不是自然形成的,是技术变迁和制度变革推动下,各种资源优化组合的结果。边际效用递减、边际产出递减、规模收益递减和经济周期等规律,促成了相关产业和资本的临空组合并产生临空经济。违背经济规律则会产生临空不经济,临空不经济的实质是创新停滞。本文最后探讨了政府的创新对于推动临空经济的作用。
The traditional theory of airport economy emphasizes the concept of airport and airport, ignores the thinking of the basic economic laws and can not explain the success or failure of some typical cases. Airport economy is not a natural formation, is the result of technological change and institutional change, driven by the optimal combination of resources. The diminishing marginal utility, the diminishing marginal product, the diminishing returns to scale and the economic cycle have all contributed to the creation of airport economy by the combination of capital-related industries and capital. Violating the laws of economy will produce a temporary economy is not economical, the economy is not the essence of innovation stagnation. Finally, this article explores the role of government innovation in promoting airspace economy.
