此次会议主办单位为夏威夷大学公共卫生学院,世界卫生组织西太平洋委员会,美国公共卫生署、东西方中心、公共卫生学院联合会等。会议分两个阶段进行。1983年3月7～9日为主体会议时间,以分小组进行论文报告为主,内容包括疾病控制和预防、卫生促进、基层卫生、移民的卫生问题等四个方面。每个方面又分若干专题,如疾病控制和预防方面又包括肾综合征出血热、乙型肝炎、麻风、某些疾病的流行病学、慢性病
The conference organizers are the School of Public Health at the University of Hawaii, the WHO Western Pacific Commission, the U.S. Department of Public Health, the East-West Center, and the Federation of Public Health Colleges. The meeting is divided into two stages. From March 7 to March 9, 1983, it is the main meeting time, which is mainly composed of sub-group dissertation reports. The contents include disease control and prevention, health promotion, grass-roots health and immigration health problems. Each topic is divided into several topics, such as disease control and prevention, including hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, hepatitis B, leprosy, epidemiology of certain diseases, chronic diseases
