从走上工作岗位到现在我一直担任班主任工作。在班级的工作中,我并没有什么好的经验,但有许多感想,我想借此机会和大家交流,以便在今后的工作中能够做得更好。工作中我亲身体会到:虽然班主任是个小得不值一提的头衔,然而班主任是一个班集体的领导者、组织者,是一个班级的直接管理者,对一个班级良好风气的形成,有着举足轻重的作用。可以说,做好班主任工作是搞好班级管理的关键和核心。 From the moment I got to work, I have been the class teacher.
