目的探讨基于增强T1WI序列的直方图分析在鉴别脑内淋巴瘤与胶质母细胞瘤的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的37例脑内淋巴瘤与58例胶质母细胞瘤的常规MR影像信号、形状及直方图特征。结果37例脑内淋巴瘤患者中14例出现坏死,58例胶质母细胞瘤患者病灶中均表现出明显坏死区域,胶质母细胞瘤与脑内淋巴瘤的信号均一性、形状复杂性、直方图峰度及偏度之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论基于增强T1WI序列的直方图分析有助于鉴别脑内淋巴瘤与胶质母细胞瘤。
Objective To investigate the value of histogram analysis based on enhanced T1WI sequence in differentiating intracerebral lymphomas from glioblastoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 37 cases of intracranial lymphoma and 58 cases of glioblastoma confirmed by pathology routine MR imaging signal, shape and histogram features. Results Fourteen of 37 patients with intracranial lymphomas developed necrosis and 58 patients with glioblastoma showed obvious necrotic lesions. The signal homogeneity and shape complexity of glioblastoma and intracranial lymphomas were all significant. The histogram kurtosis and skewness were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions A histogram analysis based on enhanced T1WI sequences is helpful in differentiating intracerebral lymphoma from glioblastoma.
