用薄层扫描法对特木仁－５汤中栀子甙的含量进行了测定，λｓ＝２４０ｎｍ，λＲ＝３１０ｎｍ。方法简单，结果准确，平均回收率为９８．６％，ＲＳＤ为１．９４％（ｎ＝３）。
The content of wolfberry fruit in Temuren-5 soup was determined by a TLC scanning method, λs=240 nm, λR=310 nm. The method was simple and accurate. The average recovery was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.94% (n=3).
