用薄层扫描法对特木仁-5汤中栀子甙的含量进行了测定,λs=240nm,λR=310nm。方法简单,结果准确,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.94%(n=3)。
The content of wolfberry fruit in Temuren-5 soup was determined by a TLC scanning method, λs=240 nm, λR=310 nm. The method was simple and accurate. The average recovery was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.94% (n=3).
