我国油料作物每年的播种面积很大,种籽榨取油脂后剩下的饼粕蛋白质丰富,数量可观。但长期以来饼粕未得到合理利用,造成了巨大的浪费,因此,饼粕的综合利用是当前的重要研究项目。棉籽饼、油菜籽饼的蛋白质及氨基酸的含量已有过一些报道。但桐籽饼、茶籽饼的资料尚少。本实验的结果可为饼粕的综合利用提供一些依据。
The annual sown area of oilseed crops in our country is very big. The remaining meal protein after the oilseeds is squeezed is rich in protein, and the quantity is considerable. But for a long time, the unused breadcrumbs have caused huge waste. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of the cake is an important research project at present. Cottonseed cake, rapeseed cake protein and amino acid content has been some reports. But tung seed cake, tea seed cake information is still small. The results of this experiment can provide some basis for the comprehensive utilization of cake.
