晋商是我国明清时期最著名的商帮之一,其经商历时之久、影响之大在中国史上,乃至在世界史上都是罕见的。这与晋商对其子弟和员工的伦理教育是分不开的,正是伦理道德教育使晋商精神能够经久流传。当前我国德育存在很大的问题,晋商的德育观对我国当前的德育改革有一定的指导意义。
The Shanxi merchants, one of the most famous businessmen in the Ming and Qing dynasties in China, lasted for a long time and their influence was rare in the history of China and even in the history of the world. It is inseparable from the Shanxi merchants’ ethics education to their children and employees. It is the ethical education that enables the merchants to keep their business spirit for a long time. At present, moral education in our country has a lot of problems. The view of moral education of Shanxi merchants has some guiding significance to the present moral education reform in our country.
