目的 :探讨化疗后严重粒细胞下降的救治方法。方法 :化疗后粒细胞计数 (ANC)≤ 0 .5× 10 9/L时 ,采取保护性隔离措施 ,应用粒细胞集落刺激因子及支持治疗至粒细胞上升至 5.0× 10 9/L ,抗菌素控制感染。结果 :共救治 4 4例患者 ,ANC≤ 0 .5× 10 9/L持续中位天数 3d ,采取保护性隔离措施中位天数7d ,应用抗菌素中位天数 8d ,G CSF应用中位天数 7d。 2 8例患者出现感染性发热 ,抢救成功率10 0 %。结论 :对于化疗后严重粒细胞下降的患者 ,积极采取保护性隔离措施 ,应用G CSF、抗菌素及给予持治疗等 ,可安全度过危险期
Objective: To investigate the treatment of severe granulocytopenia after chemotherapy. Methods: When the granulocyte count (ANC) ≤0.5 × 10 9 / L after chemotherapy, protective measures were taken and granulocyte was stimulated to 5.0 × 10 9 / L by using granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and supportive therapy. The antibiotic control infection. Results: A total of 44 patients were treated with ANC≤0.5 × 10 9 / L for median duration of 3d days. The median number of days for protective isolation was 7 days. The median number of days for antibiotic use was 8 days. The median number of days for G CSF application was 7 days. Twenty-eight patients developed infectious fever with a rescue success rate of 10%.
