目的建立止喘合剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-5.0%磷酸(60∶40),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为25℃。结果黄芩苷的线性范围为0.952~6.664μg/ml,回归方程为y=48.13647x-9.74570(r=0.999 98),平均回收率为96.21%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.373 7%(n=6)。结论所建立方法简单、专属性强、重现性好,可用于止喘合剂中黄芩苷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Zhichuan mixture. Methods The column was Diamonsil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-5.0% phosphoric acid (60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.952 ~ 6.664μg / ml and the regression equation was y = 48.13647x-9.74570 (r = 0.99998). The average recovery was 96.21% and the relative standard deviation was 0.373 7% (n = 6). Conclusion The established method is simple, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of baicalin in Zhichuan mixture.
