公路、铁路、水路、航空和管道运输是我国的五大交通运输系统,本文主要介绍的是公路运输系统,它是我们人类最早应用的运输系统。随着人类的不断进步,公路运输也变得越来越重要,它在我国的旅游、运输等各个行业都有着不可忽视的作用,同时为我国的经济发展做出了很大的贡献。而公路系统的绩效管理,直接影响着我国的公路运输水平。我们国家主要是运用绩效考核的公路人力资源管理方式,这种考核方式能大大增强整个公路系统的服务能力和水平,同时让公路系统经营充满活力。本文围绕着绩效考核的管理方式,探析了绩效考核这种管理方式的主要内容以及实现考核目的应当坚持的原则,详细说明了目前的公路系统中的考核管理所拥有的问题,同时提出了解决的几个办法。
