吴茱萸作为一种重要的中药具有不同的变种,疏毛吴茱萸和石虎。AFLP技术和ITS区测序技术被用于鉴定14株吴茱萸、疏毛吴茱萸和石虎样品。ITS测序发现吴茱萸及其变种具有高度相似性,一致性达97%。在吴茱萸与其变种之间发现有一个SNP位点差异。扩增性片段长度多态性在它们之间具有差异条带。根据上述结果,分子鉴定方法能够用于鉴别吴茱萸及其变种。
Evodia as an important traditional Chinese medicine has different varieties, sparse hair Evodia and stone tiger. AFLP technology and ITS region sequencing technology was used to identify 14 Evodia, sparse Evodia and Shihu samples. ITS sequencing found Evodia and its variants have a high degree of similarity, consistency of 97%. There was a SNP site difference between Evodia and its variants. Amplified fragment length polymorphisms have a differential band between them. Based on the above results, molecular identification methods can be used to identify Evodia and its variants.
