目的 :观察体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞膜上钙离子 ( Ca2 +)通道和 Ca2 +激活的钾离子 ( Kca)通道。方法 :膜片钳单通道记录技术。结果 :体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞膜上含有 Ca2 +通道和 Kca通道 ,但其通道分布概率和开放概率均不高。结论 :人脐静脉内皮细胞作为一种非兴奋性细胞 ,其细胞膜上含有的 Ca2 +通道和 Kca通道 ,对细胞浆内Ca2 +浓度的维持、Ca2 +补充来源和细胞膜电位的维持等均具有重要意义 ,为进一步研究人脐静脉内皮细胞膜上通道的生理、病理变化和细胞内信号转导机制奠定了基础
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of calcium channel (Ca2 +) channel and Ca2 + -activated potassium channel (Kca) channel in human umbilical vein endothelial cells in vitro. Methods: patch clamp single channel recording technology. Results: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells cultured in vitro contained Ca2 + channel and Kca channel, but the probability of channel distribution and open probability were not high. CONCLUSION: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells, as a kind of non-excitatory cells, contain Ca2 + channels and Kca channels on the cell membrane, which are important for the maintenance of intracellular Ca2 + concentration, the source of Ca2 + supplement and the maintenance of cell membrane potential Significance, in order to further study the human umbilical vein endothelial cell membrane channel physiological, pathological changes and intracellular signal transduction mechanism laid the foundation
