This paper mainly studies the discrimination of Russian nationals against Sholokhov from the 30s to the 70s of the 20th century. The information provided by Gleb Struve 2 and Boris Filippov3 shows that Sholaukhov was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1965 for his response and his refusal in 1966 in Cth 23 The speeches at the second congress are gaining more and more attention from researchers.
