为系统评价巩固无脊灰成果策略，为无脊灰证实工作提供依据，对盐城市１０年来采取的策咯、措施及效果进行总结性研究。结呆表明该市自１９９１年起已连续１０年无井灰病例发生；ＡＦＰ监测系统完技有效，运转正常，自１９９７年起各项主要监测指标均达到ＷＨＯ规定的无井灰证实标准要求；脊灰疫苗报告接种率、调查接种率均保持在９５％以上，人群免疫屏障已经形成。说明盐城市消灭井灰工作已达到国家无脊灰证实标准要求，但在全球实现消灭井灰目标以前，各项措施仍不能放松。
In order to systematically evaluate the strategy of consolidating the results of non-polluting diseases and provide the basis for the verification of polio-free status, a concluding research on the strategies, measures and effects adopted in Yancheng over the past 10 years was conducted. Results show that the city has been in the lime-free case for 10 consecutive years since 1991; the AFP monitoring system has been in operation and has been operating normally. Since 1997, all main monitoring indicators have met the requirements of the WHO-free standard for well confirmation; Polio vaccine coverage rate reported, survey vaccination rates were maintained at 95% or more, the crowd has been the formation of immune barrier. This shows that the work to eliminate asphyxia in Yancheng City has reached the national standard for polio-free certification, but the measures can not be relaxed until the goal of eliminating ashes is achieved in the world.
