由劳动人事部劳动力管理局、综合计划局的四名同志组成的东欧三国劳功制度考察团,于1987年11月13日至12月10日,对保加利亚、匈牙利和民主德国进行为期二十七天的考察。考察的主要内容是:一、用工制度的基本模式及其管理办法:二、劳动工资计划的宏观管理及改革措施;三、建立劳动力市场、组织和指导劳动力合理流动途径、形式以及今后的发展趋向;四、处理劳动争议的基本状况及主要特点。在访问期间,除了与这三个国家劳动部门领导以及有关业务司局的同志座谈讨论以外,还访问了在三国首都和民主德国的马格德
