在学校的政治备课组评估中发现,评估中的教师互助功能并没有完全被正向放大,教师之间的非理性竞争常常促使我们不得不去反思开展评估工作的价值。如何通过评估促成教师之间互助作用的有效发挥,提升备课组工作水平,是政治备课组教学评估中应当思考和必须解决的问题。在实践工作中,我们通过政治备课组互助评估,有了自己的一些思考,促成了政治备课组工作的整体提升。
In the assessment of the political lesson preparation team in the school, it is found that the teacher mutual aid function in assessment is not completely enlarged in the positive direction. The irrational competition among teachers often urges us to reflect on the value of the assessment work. How to promote the effective use of mutual aid between teachers and improve the working level of lesson preparation teams is a problem that should be considered and must be solved in the teaching evaluation of political lesson preparation teams. In practice, we helped each other through the political lesson planning group, with some thoughts of our own, and contributed to the overall improvement of the political lesson planning team.
