目的:优选ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂用于防感喷雾剂的精制工艺条件。方法:以吸光度作为评价指标,筛选出ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂对各个因素的影响范围,再以连翘苷转移率和总苷保留率作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优选防感喷雾剂最佳精制工艺。结果:影响因素大小依次是:ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂加入量(B)>搅拌速度(C)>药液浓度(A)。最佳工艺条件为将药液浓缩至生药∶药液=1.04∶5(g/mL),ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂加入量为B/A(0.12 g∶0.06 g)/10.4 g(按生药量计算),搅拌速度400 r/min。结论:ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂澄清效果好,经济实用,可用于防感喷雾剂的精制工艺。
Objective: ZTC1 + 1 flocculation clarifier is the best choice for the antifogging spray refining conditions. Methods: Absorbance was taken as the evaluation index to screen out the influence range of ZTC1 + 1 Ⅲ flocculant on each factor. Forsythin transfer rate and total glycoside retention rate were used as evaluation indexes, and L9 (34) Spray the best refining process. Results: The influencing factors were as follows: the dosage of ZTC1 + 1 Ⅲ flocculating clarifying agent (B)> stirring speed (C)> liquid concentration (A). The optimum conditions were as follows: the liquid medicine was concentrated to the crude drug: liquid = 1.04: 5 (g / mL); the amount of ZTC1 + 1 Ⅲ flocculation clarifying agent was added as B / A (0.12 g: 0.06 g) /10.4 g Calculation), stirring speed 400 r / min.
