腭帆张肌和腭帆提肌与咽鼓管紧密相关,张腭肌对开放咽鼓管起重要作用,提腭肌则参与扩张咽鼓管口。本文论述二肌的组织结构及衰老对它们的影响,并试图阐明其组织结构特性与咽鼓管机能间的关联。作者研究了以往无中耳、咽鼓管和上呼吸道疾病的26例尸体中48个咽鼓管标本,用光镜和电子显微镜检查。结果,横切面示胎儿的张肌和提肌纤维均未成熟;青年于20~29岁肌纤维达增长高峰,此后即随年龄的增长而萎缩;老年人肌纤维萎缩、细胞核皱缩致密,张肌萎缩较提肌为快。
Palate sagittal muscle and the palatal sapiens are closely related to the eustachian tube. The palatal muscle plays an important role in opening the eustachian tube. The palatal muscle is involved in the expansion of the eustachian tube orifice. This article discusses the effects of aging on the structure of the second muscle and attempts to elucidate the association between its structural properties and eustachian tube function. The authors studied 48 eustachian tubes from 26 of the previous cadaver cases without middle ear, eustachian tube, and upper respiratory tract disease with light and electron microscopy. Results, the transverse section of the fetal muscle and levator muscle fibers are immature; youth in 20 to 29-year-old muscle fiber up to the peak growth, and then with age and shrink; the elderly muscle fiber shrinkage, compact nuclear shrinkage, muscle contraction than Levator muscle is fast.
