本文用荧光染色法,以一种荧光色素证明了淋巴结、胸腺和外周血液中异质性的淋巴细胞具有不同颜色的荧光.淋巴结内有五种不同荧光颜色的淋巴细胞能形成EAC花环。其中四种在抗原的刺激下,可分别分化为与它们荧光颜色相同的浆细胞,它们是B细胞。B细胞中主要有两种细胞进入血液。T细胞在胸腺中分化,可分化为对考地松敏感和耐性强的两个细胞系,它们具有不同的荧光颜色。由胸腺释放进入血流的T细胞有四种,它们的形态和大小不同,荧光颜色也不一样,它们是否代表T细胞的不同功能亚群有待进一步探讨。
In this paper, a fluorescent pigment is used to prove that heterogeneous lymphocytes in lymph nodes, thymus and peripheral blood have different color fluorescence, and lymphocytes with five different fluorescent colors can form EAC rosette. Four of these, stimulated by antigen, differentiate into plasma cells of the same fluorescent color as their B cells. There are two main types of B cells that enter the bloodstream. T cells differentiate in the thymus, differentiate into two cell lines that are both sensitive and resistant to testudin and have different fluorescent colors. There are four kinds of T cells released from the thymus into the bloodstream. They have different morphologies and sizes, different fluorescence colors, and whether they represent different functional subpopulations of T cells remains to be further explored.
