对补强填充复合助剂——强胶剂在橡胶中的应用进行研究。结果表明,强胶剂能够提高胶料的加工安全性和工艺性能;在SBR鞋底胶料中,强胶剂具有高填充补强性能,在强胶剂用量达到70份时,硫化胶的回弹性、耐屈挠龟裂性能较好,压缩生热较低;在EPDM密封条胶料中,强胶剂以50～70份等量替代炭黑后,密封条的抗变形性、拉断伸长率及回弹性等均有不同程度的提高。
