山西能源重化工基地建设的帷幕拉开以来,煤炭生产得到了突飞猛进的发展。1985年山西原煤产量达到21.400万吨,比1981年增加8.200万吨,占同期全国煤炭增长量的36％,为缓解我国一次能源紧缺的状况做出了重大贡献。煤炭产量搞上去了,但山西省的经济效益增长没有与原煤产量的增长成正比,全省人均消费水平低于全国人均消费水平。
Since the curtain of the construction of Shanxi Energy Heavy Chemical Industry Base has been developed, the coal production has made rapid development. In 1985 Shanxi’s coal output reached 214,000 tons, an increase of 81,200 tons over 1981, accounting for 36% of the national coal growth in the same period, making a significant contribution to alleviating the situation of primary energy shortage in our country. However, the economic growth in Shanxi Province has not been directly proportional to the increase in coal output. The per capita consumption level in the province is below the national per capita consumption level.
