介绍了一类新型的土壤结构改良用聚合物———磺化氨基树脂(SAF)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察证实了树脂对沙土颗粒的连结作用,从而使其形成较大的团聚体结构。为得到良好的风沙土结构改良效果,SAF树脂的磺化度应该为14.0%~18.0%,氨基原料中三聚氰胺的用量应该占尿素质量的20%。由此制备的SAF树脂当其施用剂量为风沙土干质量的0.3%时,对风沙土的结构改良效果与阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)在施用剂量为0.1%时的效果相当。经估算,此时SAF树脂的材料成本仅占PAM的75%。
A new type of polymer for soil structure improvement - sulfonated amino resin (SAF) was introduced. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation confirmed the binding effect of the resin on the sand particles so that it formed a larger aggregate structure. In order to obtain a good aeolian sandy soil structure improvement effect, the sulfonation degree of SAF resin should be 14.0% ~ 18.0%, and the amount of melamine in amino raw materials should account for 20% of the urea quality. The SAF resin prepared by this method had the same structural improvement effect as the anionic polyacrylamide (PAM) when the application dose was 0.1% of the aeolian soil at the dosage of 0.1%. It is estimated that the material cost of SAF resin is only 75% of PAM at this time.
