一、引言 农业系统是一个比较大的、多层次、多结构、多变量、互相依存、彼此制约的有机整体。内在联系极其复杂,连锁反映极强,且处于动态变化状态之中。由于生态因素的时空变化,技术构成的参差多样,单凭定性分析,人脑推理,过去的经验和传统的研究,已难做出准确及时和全面的判断和决策。因而,迫切需要用系统工程理论和方法建立我国的宏观经济数学模型,为决策部门提供科学依据。
I. INTRODUCTION The agricultural system is a large, multi-level, multi-structure, multi-variable, interdependent and mutually restrained organic whole. Internal relations are extremely complex, chain reaction is extremely strong, and in a state of dynamic change. Due to the spatiotemporal variation of ecological factors and the diversity of technologies, it is hard to make accurate and timely and comprehensive judgments and decisions based solely on qualitative analysis, human reasoning, past experience and traditional research. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish China’s macroeconomic mathematical model by systematic engineering theory and method, and provide scientific basis for decision-making departments.
