目的探讨酸性氧化电位水在消毒供应中心手工清洗中的有效性。方法取两包相同的手术器械,经染血试验后分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用机械清洗,实验组采用手工清洗并酸化水消毒。两组清洗消毒后使用ATP生物荧光检测法评估清洗质量。结果实验组的清洗消毒效果优于对照组。结论使用手工清洗及酸性氧化电位水消毒优于机械清洗消毒的效果。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of acidic oxidizing potential water in manual cleaning of disinfection supply center. Methods Two sets of the same surgical instruments were taken and divided into control group and experimental group after blood-stained test. The control group was mechanically cleaned and the experimental group was hand-washed and acidified with water. The two groups were cleaned and disinfected and assessed for cleaning quality using ATP biofluorescence. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in cleaning and disinfection. Conclusion It is better to use manual cleaning and acidic oxidizing potential water disinfection than mechanical cleaning and disinfection.
