采用超声/零价铁对含RDX的废水进行了实验研究,研究了废水初始浓度、反应时间、初始pH值和Fe~0投加量等影响因素。实验结果表明,在超声波/零价铁体系中,RDX的降解存在超声波和零价铁协同效应。实验确定了最适宜的工艺条件为:废水初始浓度为10mg/L,pH为3.0,Fe~0投加量为500mg/L,反应时间为6h,在此工艺条件下,RDX降解率高达89.4%。
The wastewater containing RDX was studied by ultrasonic / zero valent iron, and the influencing factors such as the initial concentration of wastewater, reaction time, initial pH and Fe ~ 0 dosage were studied. The experimental results show that the synergistic effect between ultrasonic and zero valent iron exists in the degradation of RDX in ultrasonic / zero valent iron system. The optimal process conditions were as follows: the initial concentration of wastewater was 10mg / L, the pH was 3.0, the dosage of Fe ~ 0 was 500mg / L, the reaction time was 6h, the degradation rate of RDX was as high as 89.4% .
