创业板的成立,不仅带动相关创新型产业的发展,而且丰富了资本市场,拓宽了投资领域。一方面,为高成长高收益的创新型公司提供了融资平台,另一方面,为有高风险偏好的投资者提供了新的投资渠道。公司的核心是高管,他们稳定与否,直接影响到公司的未来发展。在公司上市前,大多会对高管实施股权激励制度,这是实现其稳定和进取的重要手段。然而,近期来看,高管在公司上市后,纷纷辞职套现,丝毫不顾及中小股东和上市公司的利益。这一现象越来越引起投资者和学者的关注和重视。本文通过对创业板高管辞职的调查,分析其背后原因,并提出相应解决对策。
The establishment of GEM not only drives the development of related innovative industries, but also enriches the capital market and broaden the investment field. On the one hand, it provides a financing platform for high-growth and high-yielding innovative companies. On the other hand, it provides investors with high-risk preferences with new investment channels. The core of the company is executives, their stability or not, a direct impact on the company’s future development. Before the company goes public, most of the executives will implement the equity incentive system, which is an important means to achieve its stability and progress. However, in the near term, executives have resigned after the listing of the company and have disregarded the interests of minority shareholders and listed companies. This phenomenon attracts more and more investors and scholars’ attention. This article through the investigation of the resignation of GEM executives, analyze the reasons behind, and put forward corresponding solutions.
