提出了基于两个光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的Fabry-Perot(F-P)半导体激光器自激注入锁定以获得拍频信号的实验方案。在该系统中,直流驱动F-P半导体激光器,自激注入锁定通过两个自制的光纤布拉格光栅作为反馈元件实现。在9.17nm的调谐范围内实验获得边模抑制比接近或高于27dB的双波长输出。该方案系统简单,成本低廉。
An experimental scheme of self-excited injection locking of Fabry-Perot (F-P) semiconductor lasers based on two fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) is proposed to obtain beat signals. In this system, DC-driven F-P semiconductor lasers, self-excited injection locking through two self-made fiber Bragg grating as a feedback element to achieve. In the tuning range of 9.17nm, we obtain the dual-wavelength output with side mode rejection ratio close to or higher than 27dB. This scheme is simple in system and low in cost.
