苯乙烯(Styrene)主要用于制造聚苯乙烯、ABS工程塑料、丁苯橡胶和离子交换树脂,也作为造漆、制药和香料等的化工原料和溶剂。随着高分子工业的发展,苯乙烯的应用越来越广泛,接触苯乙烯的人数也日益增多。自氯乙烯被国际癌症研究机构(IRCA)确认对人为致癌剂后,人们对与氯乙烯结构相似,体内代谢方式相仿的苯乙烯,对人的危害非常关注,许多学者进行了大量研究。本文仅就近三年来苯乙烯毒理方面作一概述。
Styrene is mainly used in the manufacture of polystyrene, ABS engineering plastics, styrene-butadiene rubber and ion exchange resins. It is also used as a chemical raw material and solvent for paints, pharmaceuticals and perfumes. With the development of the polymer industry, the application of styrene is more and more widespread, and the number of people contacting with styrene is also increasing day by day. Since the vinyl chloride is recognized as a human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IRCA), people are very concerned about the harm to human body due to the similar metabolism of styrene in the body with vinyl chloride, and many scholars have done a lot of research. This article only in the past three years to make a summary of toxicological aspects of styrene.
