通过多道次热轧、热处理试验和显微组织观察,研究了不同热轧工艺对7055铝合金热轧组织和热处理组织的影响规律,其中热轧工艺选取常规热轧工艺和大道次压下工艺。结果表明,大道次压下工艺可以使7055铝合金厚板芯部获得均匀变形,并充分破碎粗大第二相;经470℃×90min单级固溶处理,大道次压下工艺获得的厚板芯部的粗大第二相获得了比较充分的熔接;120℃×24h时效处理后,大道次压下工艺获得的厚板的再结晶体积分数较常规轧制工艺获得的厚板降低约15%。
The effects of different hot rolling technologies on hot-rolled microstructure and heat-treated microstructure of 7055 aluminum alloy were studied by means of multi-pass hot rolling, heat treatment and microstructure observation. The hot-rolled hot- . The results show that the secondary pressing process can make the core of 7055 aluminum alloy plate get uniform deformation and fully crush the coarse second phase. The thick slab core obtained by single-stage solution treatment at 470 ℃ × 90min, The coarse second phase obtained a relatively adequate fusion. After 120 ℃ × 24h aging treatment, the recrystallization volume fraction of the slab obtained by the high pass reduction process was reduced by about 15% compared with that obtained by the conventional rolling process.
