以ZY72000/18/40型两柱掩护式液压支架为对象,利用Pro/E与ANSYS相结合的方式,把模拟不同工况的组合垫块所施加给液压支架的力作为边界条件,并将立柱施加给顶梁和底座的作用力作为外力施加到支架上,采用接触法处理液压支架结构中存在的接触问题,在5种工况下对液压支架进行有限元强度分析,得出了支架在不同工况下的应力及应变规律,找到了液压支架容易产生损坏的位置,为液压支架的设计改进提供了理论依据。
