个性化教学以“珍视和尊重学生的个性差异”为基本价值追求,它的有效实施需要与之相适应的课程内容。东北师大附小以单元为基本单位,进行教学内容的开发和改造,从宏观层面调整单元结构体系,重新规划中观层面的单元教学计划,并具体设计微观层面的课堂教学各要素。要求教师以“建筑师”的身份进行层层设计,为每一个学生定制属于“我”的课程内容和学习过程。
Personalized teaching pursues the basic values of “cherishing and respecting the personality differences of students”, and its effective implementation needs appropriate courses. Northeast Normal University attached unit to the basic unit, the teaching content development and transformation, from the macro-level adjustment of the unit structure system, re-planning middle level unit teaching plan, and the specific design of micro-level classroom teaching elements. Teachers are required to design layers as “architects” and tailor the course contents and learning process to each student.
