针对特大采高液压支架立柱支撑系统在工作过程中容易出现故障的现象,以ZY16800/32/70D型液压支架为研究对象,利用FMECA(Potential Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis,故障模式影响和危害性分析)可靠性理论对其进行分析。首先建立了该系统故障模式库,然后对所建立的立柱支撑系统故障模式模型进行定性和定量分析,找出了对立柱支撑系统正常工作影响较大的几类故障模式,该分析对于特大采高液压支架的研发和进一步优化有着重要的意义。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the column support system of extra-high hydraulic support is prone to failure during the working process, the hydraulic support ZY16800 / 32 / 70D is taken as the research object, and the effects of FMECA (Potential Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis) Analysis) reliability theory to analyze it. Firstly, the system failure mode library was established, and then the failure mode model of the column supporting system was established qualitatively and quantitatively. Several failure modes that had a great influence on the normal operation of the column supporting system were found out, R & D and further optimization of the hydraulic support is of great significance.
