采用金相分析、硬度测试、动电位极化技术、颜色分析等手段,研究了含锗合金与传统斯特林银在显微组织和冷加工、抗电化学腐蚀、抗氧化变色、抗硫化变色等性能方面的不同。结果表明:锗含量在0.2%~0.8%之间,合金具有较好的综合性能,且当含量为0.5%时,合金的铸态硬度较高,冷加工性能、抗电化学腐蚀性能和抗变色性能相对更优。
